Students will identify the challenges faced by nocturnal animals and we discuss the different adaptations used for survival by some of our native animals.As a group, they will venture into a forest just as the nocturnal animals are waking! Students will spot different animals in the forest and we discuss features of each. They will also use our holographic cubes to examine a few focus animals.As a group, students will discuss how human activity can change habitats, how pest species can affect survival and how we can care for our environment and it's wildlife by simply changing our actions.
